Camber Castle For a fun day out during the summer months (1 July- 30 September) on the weekends why not take a trips to Camber Castle, where visitors can find the remains of an artillery fort, built by Henry VIII to guard the port of Rye. As there is no vehicle access to the Castle, you’ll need to walk across fields to get to it, but it’s worth every step. Entrance fees: £2.00 adults, £1.00 children. |
