Rye Art Gallery - Founded in 1957 by artist Mary Stormont and fellow artist Howard Stormont that eloped to Rye in 1898. After her death, Mary left the studio to the Trust and bequethed over 100 works of art, which formed the gallery’s core collection. With subsequent donations and purchases there are now over 460 words on display.
